Founded in 1989 by Pankaj Patel and Andrew Taylor, the practice is recognised for designing exemplary masterplan, residential, mixed-use, education and cultural projects, alongside well-loved public realm. Newsteer was founded in 2019 by a group of experienced industry professionals specialising in Town Planning, Regeneration, Development Consultancy, Land Assembly, Affordable Housing, Lease Advisory and Investment. Our ethos has always been to present market facing advice, with practical solutions that our clients can act upon with confidence. We have grown quickly to a team of 40 people.

The Terrapin Group is a public affairs agency specialising in planning. In addition to running stakeholder and community engagement for development projects, we provide strategic advice on planning and devises political engagement programmes tailored to each local authority. Our experience includes working on large scale redevelopment projects as well as smaller, bespoke schemes across London and the South East.
